Begin by choosing your service and/or membership. Need help? Schedule a free consult call!

Schedule your first appointment by signing up online or calling 563-845-3321. You will receive New Patient Paperwork to have completed 2 days before your scheduled appointment.

Weight Loss and Lifestyle Medicine Memberships: This will be the first of 2 appointments paid for with your Initial Assessment. Discuss health history, paperwork, InBody composition scan and have an in-depth assessment. Blood is drawn* at this appointment.
*Blood draw can be scheduled for another day.
Injections: Your first injection appointment will take around 15 minutes.
Labs: Take a look at our lab menu, choose your labs, and get your blood drawn in house. Appointment is around 15 minutes long.
Coaching: Review health history, goals and complete an InBody scan during this session.

Weight Loss and Lifestyle Medicine Memberships: This will be the second of 2 appointments paid for with your Initial Assessment. Discuss your lab results, program plan & any membership add-ons*.
*Add-ons are individualized per patient and often times recommended but not required.
Injections: Schedule your injections on a weekly, bimonthly, monthly, or as needed basis. Discounted packages available.
Labs: If you paid for an interpretation (recommend), appointment occurs 1-2 weeks after your lab draw. No treatment plan will be given unless you are in the Lifestyle Medicine or Weight Loss membership.
Coaching: Follow-up as recommended, typically on a weekly or monthly basis. This is client and coach dependent.

Weight Loss and Lifestyle Medicine Memberships: Your treatment starts the day of your follow-up appointment. Working in a partnership, our membership options offer optimal support to address your health needs.
Coaching: Continued support will occur throughout your coaching plan.
Follow-up appointments happen on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis depending on your needs and the practitioner’s recommendation.
